Your Order:
Credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted through PayPal, an easy and secure online payment service. A 6.5% sales tax fee will be charged only to orders shipped within/to Florida.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays.  If you have ordered an item that is not available or is back-ordered, we will contact you via email regarding the situation. Please contact us with any special delivery requests. If you have a question about your order please write us at info@tutuposh.com .

International orders: We will happily ship international. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We can not process refunds for any International orders. Contact us at info@tutuposh.com for any further questions regarding this policy.

Shipping:
Orders will arrive via USPS Standard Mail and some items can take up to 4 weeks to ship (some designer smay take longer during busy times such as holidays as most of these lovely items are handmade) after receiving your order. Some designers will ship faster than others. Email us to see if the item you'd like is one of those items. Please let us know when placing your order if there is a rush request and we will do our best to get it done for you sooner!! :)If there is an issue filling your order, we will email you. Please email info@tutuposh.com to check on your order.

Returns:
Because our boutique is full of custom made to order items, we cannot accept any returns. If you change your mind after an item is shipped, we cannot except a return. If you feel you cannot wait that processing time it takes to get an order shipped, please contact us to see if we can arrange an expedited shipping method. Please take note of that before placing your order. Please note that all custom made tutus and dresses and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned. We will help you with your sizing to make sure it's perfect! The package must be shipped prepaid and insured. All Birthday Bling tees are custom made and cannot be returned (birthday month tees, birthday number tees, birthday princess tees).  Some designers will exchange for the same product if there is a sizing issue if we contact them within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Email us and we'll help you get the correct size exchange. Please email us before placing your order if you have any sizing questions. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
